Dupre’ Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Policy
Dupre’ Logistics, LLC is cognizant of the fact that safety IS of paramount importance in the planning and operation of all facility activities. Safety is essential to our employees, our customers and the communities we serve. With this in mind, management is committed to the establishment and support of a comprehensive Safety Program for all departments and at all levels of activity.
To achieve our safety goals, Senior Management is committed to operate our company in a manner which:
· Complies with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and with industry standards to which we subscribe.
· To promote openness with our employees, our customers and the general public regarding safe operations and activities.
· To seek the active participation of our employees to drive continuous improvement toward our safety goals and objectives.
· To promote and support a Safety Program with resources to identify hazards and eliminate or effectively control these hazards that cannot be eliminated.
No part of our job is so important that we cannot take time to do it safely. The full support of all employees is essential to the effectiveness of our Safety Program. Each employee has an obligation to cooperate fully in the Safety Program by helping to protect themselves, their fellow employees and our stakeholders.
We are proud that our Safety Program has RCMS ® Certification. It has been reviewed and Certified by a third party Certifier as conforming to the requirements of the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care Management System.
