Dupré Logistics has been recognized as a 2025 “Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation” by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of Women In Trucking (WIT). The organization’s mission is to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments, and minimize the obstacles they face.
There are a number of characteristics that distinguish companies recognized on this list, according to Brian Everett, group publisher and editorial director of Redefining the Road magazine. These characteristics include corporate cultures that foster gender diversity; competitive compensation and benefits; flexible hours and work requirements; professional development opportunities; and career advancement opportunities.
“This recognition program shines a light on leading companies in the trucking industry that are truly committed to advancing gender diversity within their workforce,” said Everett. “The most successful businesses consistently demonstrate that diverse leadership and teams bring broader perspectives and stronger outcomes. Honoring these companies affirms the meaningful progress they’ve made—and the recognition they’ve rightfully earned.”
Identifying the companies on this list involves a two-step process, said Everett. First, nominations of the companies are received and carefully reviewed to ensure they qualify by meeting a minimum threshold of qualifications. Then the final ballot of companies is voted on by individuals in the industry. This is the eighth year of this prestigious recognition program, and it garnered more than 21,000 votes industry-wide to identify the final companies named to the list. The momentum of this program has continued to accelerate since it was first launched.
“Being named a top company for women to work for in transportation is an honor,” said Brent Hebert, Chief Administration Officer. “This recognition reflects our commitment to building a workplace where women and all employees are empowered to lead, grow, and shape the future of logistics.”
This year, the list is comprised of a diverse range of business sectors in the commercial freight transportation marketplace, including motor carriers, third-party logistics companies, and original equipment manufacturers.

About Dupré Logistics
Dupré Logistics is a privately held transportation company that provides innovative logistics solutions through its three distinct business divisions: Energy Distribution Services, Onsite and Private Fleet Services, and Strategic Capacity Brokerage Services. With extensive coverage on the Gulf Coast and widespread coverage across North America, Dupré Logistics has been nationally recognized for its commitment to safety and unique business model, combining company-owned assets and an extensively vetted carrier network.
Solving challenges is part of Dupré’s DNA. The company was founded in Louisiana in 1980 by Reggie Dupré as a solution for transporting fuel to his family-owned service station. Today, Dupré applies that same resolve to facilitate the safe, reliable transport of commodities through its customized logistics solutions for anything from chemicals and industrial gases to perishables.
With the motto of “Always Forward Thinking,” Dupré continues to expand its services, growing as a company through acquisitions and joint ventures. TTS Logistics, a produce transportation provider, was added to the Dupré Logistics family of brands in 2020, and in 2023, Interstate Transport Inc., an industry leader in temperature-controlled and time-sensitive food and beverage logistics. Through Dupré’s joint business venture with Hoyer Group, Hoyer Bulk, LLC was established, further expanding the company’s ISO tank transportation operations. In April 2025, Dupré formed a strategic partnership with Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets.
Dupré is headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana.
